Ventajas

No pros this place should be shut down for discrimination and unprofessional business practices

Desventajas

Poor managers that play favorites. They allow employees to steal with evidence and no consequences but fire those they don't like for any reason they can fabricate. They yell at surveilance agents for catching their favorites stealing vodka and drinking on the job. Had to fire a security officer for running into parked cars and swept it all under the rug. This place seriously needs to be investigated for deceptive business practices, harassment and discrimination.

Desventajas

There's so few opportunies for actual growth here. From my personal experience, pay at the highest level (unless you're in a very high up position which rarely opens up) seems to cap out at around $60K a year, Raises are things you have to fight for, and even then they're not something you can even expect yearly. Management seems to be having a hard time prioritizing where to spend their money. Things get tied up in bureaucracy. Everyone is stressed out at higher levels and the decisions they make/the workload that they put on certain people makes no sense. They will squeeze the most out of anyone they can. I do not recommend ever going above and beyond at this company - there's no payoff, and if there ever is it is not to the scale of the contribution. I did not hate my time spent here, but it's just not worth putting in the effort as a long term investment in yourself.
