Ventajas
On-site deli, on-site gym, excellent benefits, health program. Really fun, laid-back culture. I feel lucky to work here, I have a lot of freedom to pursue my own ideas, which is something that is simply not possible at other large companies. I feel valued and appreciated as an employee. Management team is very laid-back and positive.
Desventajas
None for my current position, I think it's possible that depending on the type of position someone is in that there are probably cons related to those specifically. In terms of the company as a whole though, nothing stands out to me at this time.
