Super high turnover rate - you never know whether you will be employed or not at any point of time. To give a better picture, I joined because they said they were expanding in Asia. HOWEVER within 3 months upon me joining them, the senior management decided to close down APJ operations. They cited the reason was due to losing money for the past three years in APJ region. Why did they even hire more people in the first place then?
