      Ventajas

      Free lunch, good equipment, ability to make contacts with real professionals outside of this organization

      Desventajas

      Management is openly at war with each other. The chief client officer openly bashes the chief operating officer. The chief revenue officer id visibly hostile to the CTO, the heads of the company are no where to be found.

      Ventajas

      Everyone cares and wants to do a great job. In growth mode, so obviously has its pains but super thrilling when you're able to make things happen. 3 days wfh, free lunch, very flexible

      Desventajas

      Insurance isn't fully covered but no big deal
