Ventajas
The people. It’s rare to see teams that work so well together, go out of the way to help and support each other. Every individual I have worked with is brilliant at what they do and it is so easy to see that people love what they do, which makes for a motivational environment. Perks are great and the flexible hours make life so much easier to manage. The support is excellent, mental health is spoken about and free therapy is provided which I think is brilliant. The company has a social conscious and gives back - allowing days off etc to support important external causes such as the Ukraine war.
Desventajas
Something for perhaps when the market has improved, but more face to face time with teams that are in different geographical locations would improve the sense of belonging and enhance the social side which is such an important element to a job.
