I wouldn’t recommend Bio-Techne to you if you can find other career options. It’s a hard company to get anything done, unfortunately, so that was frustrating and was a waste of time. The company has got more soulless and corporate over the past several years and results have been poor in the current political environment and since company leadership changed. IT has been a mess for a long time and doing better digitally doesn’t seem likely unless something major changes. Our new IT leader didn’t address any of the people on the team that are miserable to work for and to work with or are enabling it all, so I’m not hopeful much will change. It’s kind of just the same IT Boys’ club holding the company back. I didn’t feel welcome at the company based on the people in charge.
