Disorganized: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Phlebotomist en Bio-Reference Labs

Very disorganized. Management was rush promoted and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Was hired for one location but ended up being floated every few months to another office. No accountability. Didn’t care about your needs/wants only what the account wanted. Was asked a few times by my reporting supervisor to disregard company policy for the accounts wants. Smaller lab in arizona so I get the need to keep the account happy, but not at the expense of your employees. A lot of last minute working at a different location
