      Work life balance Good pay

      Desventajas

      Lack of job security at all level, firing employees as per convience and without any valid reasons. Many employees were asked to leave or resign after spending more than a year. Poor Top Management they don't have visibility what's happening at local level. Refurbished informations shared with the HQ team. No support of top leaders at local level. Lots of politics at local level. Misuse of authority and power. Good people have started leaving organisation. Not recommended to join the company.

      Benefits & Comp are overall good Produces the most quality material in respective markets Team/coworkers are great Full ownership of your business

      Desventajas

      Targets will never be attainable and never adjust to market conditions/reprioritization of business that impacts your’s Can’t focus solely on sales, putting out fires most of the time. The blame falls on Sales (plant issues, procurement issues, past dues from high claim rates, etc) Leadership isn’t out in the market, only with top accounts. Overall, doesn’t seem interested with customers and seems to not really support Sales.
