Ventajas

It is a starter job use it as a stepping stone, but soon after working there for a few months, you realize the toxicity of the management.

Desventajas

Everything. The pay, the management, and the whole company. This company will suck the life out of you. During this pandemic, they forced us to remain in office without giving alternatives to work from home, and now during the high of the pandemic, made us come back to work despite us being able to teach and facilitate from home. Recently, they started to write people more harshly if they do not decide to work at the office giving people final warnings and threatening to fire them.

Ventajas

Most employees are very friendly and caring. The company's cause is great and it truly offers the community help at little to no cost. Intentions are great.

Desventajas

Little to no benefits. Management is horrible. The CEO is a great person but everyone is so biased here. It sucks that its a great place with a great cause but working here honestly can be a drag. Even though you go to HR, they will be biased towards the CEO and seniority. Most out of work activities will be considered "volunteer work" and you will go unpaid.
