Very friendly and helpful environment. Management is very approachable and professional. The work was organized and easy to get acclimated with, encouraging team cooperation and quality work. Many opportunities for community development and socialization via sponsored events and outings, luncheons, birthday celebrations, profit sharing, etc. Clean cubicles and up-to-date technology. Helpful IT and support. Beautiful view and surrounding landscape. Very close to the interstate (If you must commute) as well as the city (For apartments, houses, etc.).

Lower pay when compared with more populated areas, but that is to be expected from being based in a small town.
