I Grew more as an artist working for Bashar !!
The man is great with people and consistent with his clients... the great thing about working along side the owner of a salon is that they are killing it just like you try to... only difference is , you’ll never hear Bashar complain...
I worked for Bashar for a total of 3 years , if I ever move back to Michigan , this is the first place I’d ask for employment.
Desventajas
Bashar works hard, he’s put a lot of time and energy into his craft , his clientele .
If you want to sit in the back room and look through magazines... party every weekend and come and go whenever you feel like it...
this probably won’t be the salon you’re looking for...
more hustle... more $
