For a few years it was a good place to work. The job was not so bad. We weren’t micromanaged. I am at least happy for the experience because I ended up getting a better higher paying job at another factory that is union and now I make more than maintenance just driving a forklift.
Desventajas
In 2025 and 2026. It suddenly changed. We were severely micromanaged. You would get in trouble for training a new hire because your line was down while training. So you stop training and then get in trouble because the new persons line was down. During those years we lost 3 trainees because of our supervisor and lead overly micromanaging us. If you are a new hire don’t expect to get trained well in this role. The workers who are left on third shift cannot answer your questions because they would ask me those questions. Not even the lead knows how to run the dark chocolate line. The supervisor hasn’t been an operator in years and would just make your machine worse. Another con is this place is not unionized. The difference between a unionized factory and non union is night and day. I would never ever think about coming back unless if they become unionized so that the union can keep management on check.
