Ventajas
Good projects this is the only driving point but still do not join this company if u really do not want to live in hell. They gonna trouble you a lot doesn't matter whether u are correct or not.
Desventajas
1. Super low salary (they hire only those ppl who r really needy and can agree to work on very low salary) 2. Worst management 3. Higher authorities set their own rules to satisfy their ego even they deduct salary too for no reason. 3. Biased HR who listen only higher authorities and not the ground employees. 4. Based on their personal grudges they target ppl. 5. Too much politics at each and every stage you have to think why the other has done or said this. 6. There are few ppl whi creates worst environment (who worked at bangalore branch they might be knowing who is that) inside the office that you will b always stressed. 7. Even though you will complain situation will be same because they only listen and take action on managers complaints.
