Well to put things in perspective, most of my calls were outside of London so to be in the office for 3 days is excessive. Also it was dangled in front of me that I only had to work one day, maybe 2, in the office - to take that away is huge, because that was a key reason I accepted the role in first place Company keeps reorganising itself, which is never a good thing Too top heavy, too many leaders, and some of them are quite incompetent While I thought the culture and employee experience was decent, at first, I later found it was something really to check the boxes. Or at least my manager did, who was dread-awful and incompetent, in general My manager took advance of my time - sadly I let them - so didn't have much work/life balance
