BW's & Baldwin's culture is a nice balance of being focused on people and performance. Little help given to interns Expect to work as if employees as a software engineer at a full time company Don’t expect to be taught things directly Poor management of interns Not treated like a normal internship Poor development process for interns to work in Manager was quiet, learned more from my co-worker/intern than from him
