Ventajas
Decision making power is given to individuals, hence this facilitates working, greatly. Friendly atmosphere is encouraged by the management. The HR people also foster team spirit among employees which is very good. Overall, one of the best companies (in air-conditioning) to work for in Muscat. People at the helm (who are for long working here) and now at senior levels are extremely supportive and appreciative of good work done by employees
Desventajas
Bit of work life and personal life balance is slightly lacking and could be balanced. I do not blame the company as the market conditions are tough and everyone is working more than they were, 5 years back. Still, I am in this same company for 15 years and I do not regret it.
