But seriously, open vacation policy, as long as another member of your team doesn't have off the time is yours -Work life balance, I have worked for start ups who say this, but its real at BackerKit. Most employees get in just before 9am and then leave around 5pm. It is discouraged from staying late -Quarterly company off-sites! -Quarterly team outings (these are different) -Health insurance, 401k, snacks on snacks, catered lunch twice a week -Much much more
