      Ventajas

      if you are joining other than India location then its awesome place to work for as they use latest tech, flexible working hours, WFH, good work culture & people.

      Desventajas

      Don't join India location. i was working with Amesterdam & later joined Indian team. Here in India most people are from service based company background. So they are ruining the work culture with micro management, work pressure, toxic cculture.For them only output matters.

      Ventajas

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Desventajas

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
