If you are a yes man/woman, this place is great for you. The global and local managements do not tolerate any differences in opinion.
Desventajas
There are no ethics. Prospects and customers are "bribed" with trips to attend "training" in Germany. Performance reviews and thus bonuses, are rated based on how much of a yes man/woman you are. Similarly, benefits are individually tailored to how you curry favour with the managers. Vendors with immediate family members are allowed to service the company. C-level executives are local sites devise benefit plans that suit themselves individually first and foremost. One even plays games on this mobile phone during major meetings and gossips about events at other sites. Lots more stuff un-corporate behavior....
