Ventajas
Reasonably competitive salary combined with remote work opportunities allows for some good flexibility when having a young family. Remote work options may be less welcome now than when I was there.
Desventajas
BMC is an old-school bulky machine that pivots slowly. The company had recently been acquired when I was there and was trying to implement some change, but with many layers of management, what I was used to doing in 1-2 weeks at other companies took 5-6 weeks . Almost the entire demand marketing team has turned over since leaving. If you have an entrepreneurial nature, this is a tough place to work.
