Clock in clock out system inclusive of photo taking of face to make sure you are on site. Does not have anything call work-life balance. Management still whatsapp you after office hour and expect you to reply. And even Saturday Sunday disturb your rest day. Give you many annual leaves but force annual leave for all staff. Nonsense policy. No bonus. Only AWS. Give 1 time mid year 1k bonus, boast until like super big news. Think thrice before joining this company.
