Management disregarding facts
Not able to pay apprentices after they finish their course properly
High turn over - The original team from when I joined, there is no one left, all got offered better paying jobs and management did nothing
Always looking at the wrong stats, IE this person did 80 calls, but 40 of them were 2FA calls and not client calls
Constant we will review your numbers to pay you more
Nothing in the seems of progression
Not enough staff to do all the areas
No set direction for the employees, more like show what your good at then be abused and put in all areas, I was doing 4 other peoples Jobs when they could've got more people who actually work
The pay is so low, you have to wonder where all the money is really going
Don't do much in ways of trying to keep staff
