Aztec US offers a view into how to grow a business in a new region. Lots of experience to be gained and the ability to see many facets of the operation. They are now moving to a more corporate approach mostly due to their size.

All employees need to be supported regardless and that includes healthy numbers of diverse staff to build a thriving environment. No excuses for arguments on the floor, for passing over qualified staff for opportunities or promotions, for low senior representation with only one female in a leadership position.
