Ventajas
I enjoy coming in to work each day knowing that I can rely on my co-workers to not only work well with me on projects, but also make me laugh and feel welcome each day. If someone has a question about how something works, they aren't afraid to ask because they know everyone is willing to help them out.
The company offers good starting pay and benefits.
A major upside is their willingness to work around your schedule if something happens last minute and you need time off work, or to shift your days around. I haven't worked for a place that was as flexible as Axis on this front.
Desventajas
Clarity on project specifications used to be a problem at times when I first started years ago. However internal programs have been implemented in the last few years that have improved this significantly.
