Ventajas

Good place to get some experience with taking calls.

Desventajas

Pushed us into calls within a week of minimal training and tons of technical difficulties. Also did not send me the right computer equipment so I couldn’t even power my work computer on. The job was not what I was told it would be either. They only paid me for one week of work despite the fact that I worked two weeks and HR never replied.
