Ventajas

Some coworkers genuinely wanted to help.

Desventajas

Priorities shifted without warning, often contradicting what we were told the day before. Management expected fast results but withheld key information we needed to do our jobs. There was no structured onboarding, so most of us learned by trial and error. Communication from the top was vague and reactive, never proactive.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and can understand how it’s overwhelming at times the amount of foundational work that has been ignored in the past. I take your feedback seriously and our goal is to get it right for our internal customers first, having a positive impact on our external customers which Autosoft historically has failed at. Over the past year, we have been moving through rapid change with a diverse group of team members focused on repairing known issues in the platform which has led to communication issues and knowledge gaps or playbooks being applied that don’t fit the current state of Autosoft. Unfortunately, the perspective you shared is deep-seated at Autosoft and we are 100% committed to changing the experience of our internal customers now and for the future. We are committed to becoming a more collaborative, focused organization, understanding the impact we have based on the decisions we make and how we communicate to the broader team. Steps are being taken daily to align all teams to the current needs of our customers, both internal and external, but positive change won’t happen overnight. We have made strong progress over the past year but there is still significant room for improvement and it will take every “manager” to become a leader with clear, consistent communication aligned to the needs of the business daily to change the perspective that is deeply seated at Autosoft. I appreciate your candor and hear you! New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
