Ventajas

Autosoft is aligning products and services to the right clients. Our current CEO has an attitude of winning and takes the time to get management and front line employees moving, and does this by caring about the individual. Our pay, benefits, and time off are attractive, and remote work is beneficial in many ways.

Desventajas

Autosoft has some baked in difficulties in shifting internal priorities and process. We do a lot of internal planning and data gathering, but sometimes sit at the starting line without action.

I enjoyed working with many exceptional people.

Desventajas

New senior management took the company in the wrong direction, though I believe many of those new leadership have since left.
