This store is so unique and supportive. Literally every employee is friendly and welcoming. Management is involved and very approachable. The only place I've worked where the entire building is a team.

Only one wash bay so it can get crazy.

Most locations are fairly good in regards to the service employees. Shop equipment is in good shape at 2 of the 7 locations. Pay is fairly good

Management is not dependable and each location seems to be run by inexperienced Management with no procedures or set base of operations. Management will get involved in drama and rumors and will engage in behaviors that will single out an employee. Personal information will be shared by Management at the store level. Corporate seems to be in a battle with each other and no regard for the lower employees affected.
