Ventajas
Here and there, you're bound to find some cool co-workers, some diamonds in the rough. That is the only positive I can think to muster for this "company." Pay is okay, but will be covered further in cons.
Desventajas
If you have children, especially with any children between 12-16 years old, imagine working for your child as a boss. That's what you'll have to look forward here under leadership. Not only is leadership managed as if run by children, but the communications internally is run pretty much about the same. HR is non-existent, so any problems that you might begin having with the internal structure are pretty much on you and whatever department you work for. If you work here, the pay is decent! However, the expectation of the tradeoff you're expected to make for your sanity and for working with incompetent leaders does not make it worth it.
