Ventajas
- I can't yet speak for what it will be like now (post-acquisition), but every year Audigent gets more name recognition within the industry. It has gotten to the point where recruiters are actively seeking out current and past employees, especially in Account Management and AdOps. - In my time here I have always felt like good ideas get appreciated regardless of tenure. And when I say good, I primarily mean money-making ideas. - We're a diverse collection of attitudes, political ideals, and life experiences. Not so much race though. - Free lunch daily for in-office workers, abundant PTO, and a solid 401k.
Desventajas
- Good ideas that aren't revenue-driving will be met with empty, verbal approval but no executative or financial backing. The company is a business first and foremost, so things such as team building, diversity efforts, and even work-related tools and enhancements aren't a primary (or secondary for that matter) concern to management. - Corners get cut often; from embellished revenue numbers to data integrity, the exec team here has moved beyond the "move fast and break things" tech ideals and into a "move fast and lie if we have to" mentality while selling this company. - The CEO acts like an upset toddler when things aren't going his way. Ask any current employee below C-suite, and they will confirm that anything from not hitting quarterly goals, to the wrong pizza being ordered (meaning for lunch that day he can't tear the cheese off of 2-3 slices of Joe's pizza, scrape some marinara onto his plate, and throw away the rest - this is not hyperbole) can send him into a temper tantrum.
