In addition, the all members of the C-suite are easy to communicate with and very transparent, with specific kudos to the CFO for being accountable to paying bills on time, committing to promises, and supporting her people. Typical start-up stuff. I am a seasoned entrepreneur so I was prepared, but, If you don't have the stomach for a startup, then you should not try it anywhere. e.g. Revolving job responsibilities, short ramp up time, wearing lots of hats, adopting new software, getting everyone to agree on objectives, Sudden Lay-offs, making it up as they go along, etc. Inconsistent interview process.
