Ventajas
I see below that someone wrote "there are no pros to working with this agency." While the two people I met with were pleasant, I would have to agree with this statement.
Desventajas
Do not even bothering replying if Atrium reaches out to you. Waste of time. I "worked" with this staffing agency, meaning I conversed multiple times with recruiters and then spent a day in their office filling out forms and doing a video interview for their website. Following this, one Atrium recruiter reached out to me with a position that did not at all fit the time frame I had described in my interviews with them, which was confusing. The job related only marginally to my interests, but I was willing to do pretty much anything for employment as I am a creative in NYC. As I said, the timing did not end up working out for this position, but I sent many follow up emails expressing my interest and flexibility to the recruiter (not hearing back.) After this, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. NOT FROM ANYONE AT ALL AT ATRIUM STAFFING. This was 4-5 months ago. THEY NEVER HELPED OR CONTACTED WITH ANY JOB, ever. They completely dropped my resume. I even reached out to someone. This was shockingly negligent from a "staffing" firm. I DEFINITELY feel that they wasted my time, and that they are not at all good at what they say they do. All talk, no delivery. I now have a full time job and two freelance positions, no thanks at all to Atrium. I mention this to prove it wasn't an issue with my resume or willingness to work.
