HR Team is pathetic. They just makes false promises. They have no idea what is going within the organization. Resources are allocated foolishly in the projects. Recruitment team is worst they hire people for something else and then allocate them in very different team and then judge their performance on the basis of that only. How can someone be so foolish.
Old employees and HR team are the only one who are getting benefits of company and partying all the time and gossiping in very unprofessional manner. New hires are treated as junk.
Also, their is no limit of partiality within the organization.
