This company will rip you off they tell COTA'S for home health PRN the pay is starting at 25 a visit that is way below average you're supposed to be getting 40 to 45 a visit. ESPECIALLY PRN I don't understand why they deliberately cheat their employees when you make them so much money. It's a crying shame they can only hire newbies that doesn't know any better and love to act confused when you call them out on their low pay. Home health and SNF is a demanding setting pay people what their worth, your in people homes unknown of what potential risk you're into you get there and usually it's extremely hot and you some clients have you drive all the way to their home and not be home after you spoke with them all of these realities and they still disregard paying people their worth. If you take the position you won't be there long once you realize they are scamming you.
