Ventajas

No individual kpi’s. Clothing allowance.

Desventajas

They focus too much on talking about ‘sustainability’ rather than actually cutting back the amount of plastics they go through. Training can feel like being at school. Salary expectations aren’t great. Repetitive meetings/chat on teams every week-feels like everyone in head office is trying to justify their jobs.

Other casuals super friendly, Discount is pretty good, you get free uniform when you start

Desventajas

Not enough people to work on busier days and customers will feel that way too, the management at Assembly is horrendous - no direction and when it is given it makes absolutely no sense, expectations will differ from management which can make things difficult for staff to prioritise things, lots of gossip between managers - there is clearly a negative us and them (the casuals) mindset, they do not teach you anything properly but will get super mad if you do something wrong even when this is your first time exposed to the situation, manager is extremely lazy and does not take her job seriously at all. Manager at outlet store does not know how to give or receive feedback - when you pull her up on taking shopping trips during a busy shift she will yell at you. There is a reason why this place is always looking for new hires, be warned.
