Desventajas
- a 'flagship' product that doesn't work at isn't what the customer wants - a very arrogant view of themselves in the marketplace with an unrealistic pricing model - an old-school management team that continues to claim they want to make changes but refuses to then implement any.. - lots of promises are being made, none of them are kept. The 'old boys club' in higher management stays in place, new joiners who try to make a difference are quickly discouraged and moved on - MASSIVE layoffs beginning of 2019, now focusing the business only on keeping the existing customer base which seems a downhill slope.. no new business goals..
