8yWhile it is always difficult to hear negative opinions about the work you do, we do appreciate you taking the time to provide. Every piece of feedback (good or bad) is a way for us to measure what we do and where we need to improve. I can assure you that the Sr. Leadership is very interested in making good business decisions and appreciates candid, honest input into that process from each and every team member.
Aprimo reemerged as a new company just 15 months ago and at that time; Aprimo was losing over $40 million dollars a year. We are now on track to breakeven and have growth plans scheduled for 2018 and beyond. As we look back at the past 15 months, we recognize not every decision was the correct decision or the best of several options but we made decisions quickly for the good of the company and in the end, we have come out a stronger and certainly healthier company. We now have a solid company with a structure that supports the new platform and future expansion.
Although we encourage feedback from all employees, we would like to ask that you reach out to the Sr. Leadership team directly with more specific suggestions for improvements. Providing feedback of: “stop making decisions without having all the facts. Pay attention to the data at your fingertips and stop turning a blind eye” is not particularly helpful or constructive. We would ask that you provide feedback when issues arise so that issues can be addressed immediately and in a professional manner.
