Employees pay and retention are both very important to us. Applied Tech continues to do market studies on compensation, and turnover is something we strive to keep at a minimum however, it is not always possible to avoid. Our turnover is lower than your estimation, and less than the industry standards in our current labor market. We do acknowledge there is always room for improvement.
