Ventajas

Witness a dumpster fire or train wreck.

Desventajas

Losing dozens and dozens (hundreds?) of customers, consistently letting good employees go, promoting those who should be let go, challenges paying a PE loan...they may not go out of business but will sell. Which really couldn't be any worse for employees or customers.

Importantly, the claim about challenges paying a “PE loan” is simply false. We are a financially healthy company with a strong foundation and a long-term growth strategy in place.
