Ventajas

The organisation has passed the cowboy-startup phase and is becoming a smooth and professional organisation. Processes are put in place, roles are defined. There are a lot of opportunities to grow and move from one role to another if you feel that you want to try something new but don't want to leave the company. The culture is great.

Desventajas

The product strategy was a bit unclear but that's changing now.
