Desventajas
Rather than rigorously focusing on what customers and the market need, Apollo decided it needed to hire experienced managers, who then hire even more people who sit in meetings all day long. I have never seen a place with "Directors" who manage 1-2 ICs and never seem to have a team that actually grows. So the place feels big, political, and bureaucratic, but doesn't come with any of the predictability of a big company. It is truly odd. Apollo also feels disconnected from the rest of the tech ecosystem, which does not help with brand awareness.
