- Lots of opportunity within the Big Data/Predictive Analytics space - Angoss has been around for over 20 years (proven track record), works with most of the large banks throughout North America and has reputation for being an excellent product in the market - Ample opportunity to grow. Although Angoss has historically been very strong in Financial Services, senior management have invested time and effort into putting an excellent road map together tailored for growth across Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail, and Technology - New CEO has a proven background with large corporations and start ups. Granted the last CEO had a poor track record/reputation, new leadership has put it’s money where it’s mouth is and invested in sales, marketing, development, and Data Scientist teams - Recent release of a new data preparation platform called KnowledgeCORE is an excellent addition to their product offerings - Great team! Fun, hard working, be-your-own boss! It’s a challenging but very rewarding environment. Not for the faint of heart but if you consider yourself to be a true sales person with something to prove, this could very well be the environment for you - Commission structure is fantastic. Again, it’s aimed at true sales professionals that believe in their ability to succeed - Renewal rate for software is 98% - Room for growth—lots of new areas of focus across a number of vertical sectors - A huge amount of money invested in marketing events—attending many industry events most recently in San Francisco, Singapore, New York and Toronto
Desventajas
- In the past, Angoss potentially had a poor reputation due to bad leadership. Thankfully, that has all changed now! - You must be up for a considerable challenge. The sales cycle is from cradle to the grave. Would not advise for Account Managers that wait for things to happen. Only new business sales people should apply and will be rewarded accordingly - Longish sales cycles can be challenging
