For those comfortable with a hybrid arrangement, Andersen offers commendable training prospects. Moreover, they provide ample room for personal and professional growth within designated roles.

Desventajas

Word on the grapevine suggests that there are revisions underway for their PTO policy, Purportedly geared more towards the benefit of Andersen rather than individual employees. Reports indicate meager salary increases and even delays in their disbursement.

Desventajas

No communication from management. I was let go with no notice and was cited for not meeting metrics that I was achieving. The manager who made the decision would not speak to me directly. Andersen has a history of being a stable, long-term place to work, but that is changing rapidly.
