      Ventajas

      They try to work with your schedule if you have been working there for awhile.

      Desventajas

      Hopefully you get somebody that is willing to train you if not you're just throw into the job not knowing what to do. No benefits if that's what you're looking for.

      Ventajas

      -tons of growth happening -always able to move around and learn from other stores -able to work with schedule when life happens -things are starting to get so much better, change doesn't happen overnight

      Desventajas

      Nothing to complain about, just have to communicate and they listen.
