If you enter this business as a fresher, you need to be very driven and willing to stretch during the initial years. Career gets curtailed if you don't reinvent yourself and if you are not focused on investing in yourself Overall culture is that of having a flair and being a bit pushy in a healthy manner. Introvert, passive and subdued personalities have struggled in the past Different partners have their own styles and a few could get a bit brusque and abrasive. Need smart handling by people The company tries to focus on long term but there are a few people who are short term in their styles which leads to some ambiguity Some internal processes are complex and over-designed.
