HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Pick Favorites Lots of gossip Owner doesn’t care about any of their employees, alone with managers. Have to wear the clothes you pick that day, and put it back in the rack to sell.... so nasty. A lot of bullying and name calling. The best people always got blamed and worst people got praised. Management bad mouthing management and upper management as well. The managers are so focused on the sales and the people that have been there the longest that they are blind to what is happening behind the scenes and that the good workers are the ones they are hating on. Ashley constantly commits time fraud, and never followed any rules, and she was the biggest bully there with her name calling and unprofessional ways of handling confrontation, not to mention her always be late to interviews because she had to go buy cigarettes... and smelling like that at work... nasty. The staff there are some of the laziest, most entitled, stuck up, and two faced people I’ve ever come across and it’s really sad because the company could have so much potential to do well but the face of it is just too ugly for that. The way they treat their employees was NOT okay, I was bullied and called names all the time to my face and no one ever took me serious when I talked to them. I even considered filing a lawsuit because of the amount of bullying. If you aren’t blonde, skinny, and have 10k+ followers on Instagram, then they are not going to like you. They are huge on discrimination, yet that’s all they do. The clothes are really cheap, and SO OVERPRICED. We would get stuff from god knows where and we paid $5 for a necklace and up-charge it $25!! And they wonder why sales were bad....... This company has so many things to work on and needs to check themselves too, they act all perfect when they are the most horrible people I’ve ever met. Nothing is fair in this company and I wish anyone luck that works there but hopefully you don’t.
