Ventajas
I honestly can't think of any pros other than just being employed. These individuals purchased the organization I was apart of and they systematically killed the culture by lying to the staff, underpaying them, and gaslighting them constantly.
Desventajas
See my pros for start of this list. The biggest con I think would be they have the capicity to be great because they have the purchase power to buy good companies and they do, but then they run them into the ground. This process is brutal on staff moral across the board, from the positive influences that work hard to make a difference who eventually get burned out to the quiet hard worker who just internalizes everything and eventually just hates their job and themselves and feels trapped.
