Ventajas
- Nice people to work with but it is just luck (at least for me) - If you do R&D is a good tech env where you can learn a lot - Good starting salary - Opportunities to travel around the World
Desventajas
- You will not get a raise/promotion in the first 18 months - After that raises/promotions are very rare - *Israley* management is really poor: a lot of incompetent people "on the bridge" (phone call) from home while you are on the battlefield working 18 hours/day to meet an impossible deadline - They virtually enslave poor third-world guys from Cyprus/India - Bonuses are 1-2% of your salary (and it is good!)
