Ventajas

Working remote is a pro

Desventajas

It started as remote and turned into a hybrid(on site once a week) with no warning You are doing 15 different jobs under the guise of L&H insurance rep You go on-site to do clerical work which isn’t apart of the job description and then are having to tap into other queues because of no travel insurance agents I was penalized and overworked for being a whistleblower on the workload not being as described and eventually fired for “not logging in my phone” while working half my days shift
