Alpha Net is one of the worst software development and US Staffing Company. I have worked with them for more than a year and telling you from my personal experience. Big promises before joining but won't care about anything after joining. No office facilities, no canteen, worst infrastructure, no parking, no flexibility in work hours, unnecessary deductions, politics, watching employees all the time in camera like they are slaves, no notice period if they are going to terminate anyone and even they won't respond to the messages and calls, they will promise for H1B visa but get you interviewed for B1 just for formality only after you are a rock star performer. I don't think it’s an IT company, it's more of a FACTORY and be ready to work as a LABOR but not an IT professional. The worst thing I have seen there is that they forced one of their pregnant employee to resign just not to pay her for maternity leaves... HEIGHTS OF CHEAPNESS!!!
